Ginger Ale (Soda3)
First attempt at making a ginger ale.
Brewed 2.5 gallons on 2015-04-26
Boil for 15 minutes
At 15 minutes
2 cups of Brown Sugar (Started with 3 gallons of store bought water, brought to boil, then added ingredients at the given times.)
At 15 minutes
3 cups of Table (White) Sugar
At 15 minutes
0.25 teaspoons of Table Salt
At 5 minutes
1 pound of Ginger (Fresh ginger. Removed peel and coarsely grated it. Put in hop bag and squeezed the juice out. Added ginger juice + bag at the same time. )
At 0 minutes
0.25 cups of Lemon Juice (Added right before kegging.)

This turned out very good. Good ginger heat, but I'd prefer even more. If we make this again, use only 2 cups of white sugar.
