Racked to secondary. S.G. 1.022, will leave in secondary a while. Slight banana aroma, bitter banana flavor, no citrus notes.

Boil for 60 minutes
1 pound of Crystal 15L (GreatWesternMalting)
8 ounces of Honey Malt (GambrinusMalting)

0.5 ounces of 9.5% Alpha Acid Northern Brewer pellets

6 pounds of Bavarian Wheat Extract (DME) (Briess)

0.5 ounces of 9.5% Alpha Acid Northern Brewer pellets

4 Blood Orange (Zested + peeled and then added to 1 gallon of water. Heated to 165° and let sit for ~30 minutes. Put in chilling wort when it was ~120°.)
