Tasting notes (7.00/10; 4 ratings)

2013-07-07
[7/10] Cloudy, reddish orange color, maybe with more time in fridge it will clear up. Some head retention with small amount of lacing, white head. Tropical fruit aroma, pineapple? Similar to El Dorado single hop from Hermitage. Taste is decently balanced, sweet but not really malty. Hops start fruity and end bitter.

[7/10] Aroma and taste seem more raw hop; probably dry hopped too long.

[7/10] Overcarbed, head retention + lacing are good. Dark yellow/orange slight haze. Aroma is pleasing, tropical, citrus, pine, both subtle. Bitter finish, subtle also.

[7/10] Fruit, citrus aroma appears to be gone. Very bitter grapefruit finish. Aroma is subtle.
