Pre-boil gravity 1.051, O.G. 1.052. Not sure what happened there, a good amount boiled off.

Crazy fermentation. Lots of blowoff.

Kegged. Lots of trub, so I only got 4 gallons. Turbid, golden copper color. Apple, alcohol sweetness, some phenol (a bit rubbery, but not overpowering) aroma. Flavor and finish are similar. Finishes dry. Not great, but should be easy to drink once aged a bit, cooled, and carbed.

[3/10] Hazy, orange with a decent, lasting white head. Aroma has some rubbery phenols and spritzy apple. Dry, tart apple flavors. Nothing really about about this, but nothing special either.
